Computer Performance Report
Generate and Send Report
After running the report, click “Send to RO Writer”. Fill in the requested shop information and click “Send”.
Reminder, ensure all computers that will run RO Writer meet the minimum requirements as outlined in the System Requirements Document. Need help? Click here.

Add-Ons for Efficiency
If you are using a current shop management system, we may be able to convert your data from that system to RO Writer:
If you have ordered a data conversion, we will coordinate the transfer from your old system to RO Writer.
An appointment will be set for the day prior to your go-live so that the data can be pulled from your old system.
The addition of your old data to RO Writer will likely occur in the afternoon of your 1st day using RO Writer.
Smart eCat allows you to source up to 10 suppliers all from one screen, source book-time labor, and put in your business logic with Smart eJobs and Smart Oil, all while maintaining your shop profitability.
If you have ordered Smart eCat, complete the form provided on this page, with your supplier(s) name and account numbers.
Our team will teach you how to use and manage Smart eCat, Smart eJobs, and Smart Oil within RO Writer.
RO Writer offers integration to most accounting packages via Accounting Link.
If you ordered Accounting Link, as your go-live day of RO Writer nears, we will notify our back-office team to coordinate the implementation of this integration.
An appointment will be set with you to complete the integration setup and provide the needed training.
Quickly communicate via text directly from within RO Writer.
Texting will be ready for you to use when you go live with RO Writer.
DVI Suite allows for more effective shop management, and digital vehicle inspections, along with integrated texting for better communication and increased shop profitability.
We will coordinate your DVI Suite implementation to coincide with your RO Writer implementation. This will help with the seamless integration of both systems to your environment.
Central Service includes two key features:
1. Cloud Reporting, accessible from anywhere
2. Central History for shop-to-shop customer / historical repair order review – accessible from with RO Writer
No matter your package with RO Writer – Central Service is available to you.
At the close of your project, you will receive the necessary credentials along with training materials to guide you through the use of Central Service.
