RO Writer enables automotive repair facilities to communicate with their customers via SMS text messages for service‑related and promotional purposes.

SMS Consent Language

“By signing this repair order or texting TEXTME, you consent to receive SMS messages from [Shop Name] about service updates, appointments, recommended services, and occasional promotions. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

How Consent Is Collected

Customers may consent in either of the following ways:

  • By signing a repair order in person that displays the SMS consent language above.
  • By texting the keyword TEXTME to the automotive repair facility’s phone number and receiving an automated opt‑in confirmation message.

Opt‑Out Instructions

Customers may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.
