SMS Consent Language

The following is the exact language shown to customers at the time they consent to receive text messages:

“By signing this repair order, you consent to receive SMS text messages from [Shop Name] regarding vehicle service updates, appointment reminders, recommended services, and occasional promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

How Consent Is Collected

Customers provide consent in person at the automotive repair facility by signing a repair order that displays the SMS consent language above. Consent may be provided using a paper signature or electronic signature capture.

Opt‑Out Instructions

Customers may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.
