Our Top Tips for Getting the Most from SEMA

1. Download the 2025 SEMA Show Mobile App

The free 2025 SEMA Show App gives you all-in-one access to a list of exhibiting companies, seminars, events, and more. You can also use the 2025 SEMA Show App to contact and set up meetings with exhibitors/vendors of interest before arriving at the Show.

The app also features the show map, so you can easily view the floor plan, and all SEMA show halls. Create your own schedule within the app to track the events you wish to attend. You can add RO Writer to your show schedule here.

2. Visit the New Product Showcase

The New Products Showcase is back in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center this year, and it remains one of the most popular stops at the SEMA Show. With thousands of new and innovative products from exhibitors all in one place, it’s the best way to get a firsthand look at what’s coming next in the automotive world.

To make things easier, use the SEMA Show mobile app’s “Product Scanner” feature. It lets you scan and save product photos and exhibitor information right to your phone, so you can review everything later without missing a beat.

The RO Writer team is proud to introduce our new cloud-based shop management solution at this year’s New Products Showcase. Designed with the real-world needs of today’s shop owners in mind, RO Writer Cloud delivers the flexibility to manage your business from anywhere—without sacrificing the power and reliability you count on every day.

2. Take Advantage of the Free Transportation

SEMA Show attendees are always advised to consider using the free shuttle service to get to the event, as parking can be a challenge.
Free hotel shuttle service is available to and from the LVCC and more than 45 hotels, and discounted tickets are available to Showgoers for the Las Vegas Monorail, which will operate at extended hours during SEMA Show week.

Save yourself some transportation fare and take advantage of these offers. The shuttle schedule can be found on the official SEMA website.
